Coaching sessions begin with a free half hour phone session that allows us to explore our chemistry in working together
as well as discuss your goals. If you are ready to take a step, you can book your first coaching session, after which you can decide if you
want to continue in making your plan for success. In considering your goals and overall life picture, we work backwards to see how that goal will align with your unique values, time, budget, skills and willingness to move forward. Our
methodologies work with both your conscious and unconscious minds, which drive your beliefs, behaviours and results. Our coaching methods are
also considered both directive and collaborative as opposed to simply

reflective. This means you receive the additional benefit of our experience,
contacts, methodologies and education. Assignments, tasks, homework or practice steps are often assigned between sessions to expedite learning
during and between our scheduled meeting times. Working “experientially” allows learning beyond only intellectual comprehension; true
sustainable integration lies in firsthand experience. This takes coaching or learning as a concept and makes it come ALIVE!
