I started changing my life. I wrote my Master's thesis on 'Facilitation of Organizational Change Dynamics in Mergers, Acquisitions and
Restructures' and after working with many start up companies, I facilitated my first corporate restructure.
To understand the mechanics of linear project management and group change, I became a Certified Change Practitioner. I learned to mend
relationships through mediation and conflict resolution. Finally, to understand the conscious and unconscious dynamics underneath behavioural
change, I became a Registered Psychotherapist.
After connecting these experiences

together, I learned there is a sequence of requirements that create successful transformation. I have
worked with local groups, individual clients and national companies in project management, team dynamics and overall performance and
productivity incentives.
Whether a company is merging, downsizing, reengineering to increase productivity, the process is best achieved through balanced
