Project Consulting & Facilitation
Each project has unique timelines, requirements, restrictions and budgets. To meet the individual needs of each client and every project, we
start with a consultation meeting. Our mandate is to determine your goal or desired future state first. Our methodology “road map” is a
progressive process that takes you from current state A to desired state Z, with measurable benchmarks along the way.
Consulting or facilitation fees are either quoted hourly or at a per project rate.
Coaching
We offer three forums for coaching sessions. The preferred method is face-to-face coaching sessions but we realize this is not always possible
or realistic. To supplement these

sessions, we offer phone session and shortly we will be providing online face-to-face web coaching sessions. Most clients choose the
additional option to order audio or video web recordings of their sessions to review for clarity and motivation between meetings. All
coaching sessions are one and a half hours in duration and often coaching related to business or your career is tax deductable.

Rates for coaching vary pending on the nature and complexity. The range of these would be starting with life coaching rates at $145 + tax/1 ˝ hour
session and ranging to $225 + tax/1 ˝ hour session for more complex corporate coaching.
